If you have a Kroger Rewards Card go to Kroger.com
At the top right of your screen you will see your profile.
Use the drop down menu and click on “My Account”
Your account menu opens up and near the bottom click on “Community Rewards”
Search for FORSYTH AREA SPORTS TEAMS INC
Click on “Enroll”
You will now see a code of two letters and three numbers, enter that code here
